Terms and Conditions 

The Outright Apparel’s Facebook page is made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding to ordering from Outright Apparel. Outright Apparel is an online company registered in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. We periodically make amendments to these Terms and to the information contained on our official page, so we advise you to check back often. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.

Sizing & Ordering Process

Upon placing an item at Outright Apparel please ensure that you measure yourself. This is to ensure a proper fit, we suggest following the measurements guidelines that are provided , and then compare your measurements to our sizing chart supplied by our Customer Service Representative.

* All Outright Apparel’s Models are wearing a sized Small or Medium .

* Ask About the material of the item when calling or messaging for purchasing ,  as materials will vary.

* Depending on your body shape the item’s look may or will be different from that of the models seen in the item(s) you are interested in purchasing.

Acceptance of your Order

Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions of Outright Apparel and its purchasing procedures your order will be deemed as processing and will automatically be reserved and specifically packaged for you. Any cancellations of the order must be made within Twenty-Four Hours and is subjected to a mandatory Fifty ($50.00 TTD ) Dollar Fee. Failure to make the payment would result in immediate removal from the page or the amount owed to us being added on to your next order. Upon purchasing again, the mandatory fee must be paid up front. Outright Apparel will not be liable for an incorrect size being ordered by the customer upon accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. This is an acknowledgement of your details and is not a confirmation of your order. A contract between you and Outright Apparel is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information and the terms and conditions. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We no longer ship to persons living or residing in our beautiful twin island , Tobago – Cash Upon Collection. Deliveries are limited only to nationals of Tobago via TTPOST.

Pricing & Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on the Facebook page and websites are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and, give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail or description errors we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders we will cancel these within 48 hours and you will receive a full refund in the case of payments being made through the bank or by cheque. All refunds are returned within 10-15 working days.


1. Browse the store/website (www.outrightapparel.com) and add items, in the correct size(s) to your cart !
2. Click the cart to the top right hand corner of your device’s screen.
3. Enter your information ( Email , Name , Address for Delivery , Contact Information etc ) and choose your method of payment and shipping/delivery.

-Lastly , review your order , and then click ” Place Order “
4. A summary of your order will appear on the screen and you would receive confirmation of your order via email to the above specified address.
5.Follow the payment instructions in the confirmation email.
5. Receive a call or email providing tracking information/delivery status of your order.
6. Receive package within the stipulated time period as stated upon “Checkout”.

Pay within 24 Hours and receive FREE SHIPPING – WEEKLY , with NLCB Payment Option Only . This option is our main form of payment for all locations nationwide.


* Make payments payable to Outright Apparel , Account Number : 100-797-072-000 . The amount specified on your online confirmation receipt is to be paid at the payment centre : NLCB Lotto Booth .

We make online shopping easy , with affordable variety and delivery via Outright Apparel’s courier service to your doorstep or workplace. This is the most convenient and reliable option for busy customers and truly helps enhances the “Online Shopping” experience. There are over 900 NLCB Lotto Booths Nationwide.


Outright Apparel offers the convenient service of Nationwide Delivery within 24-48 hours. All items take approximately Three (3) business days to be processed and to leave our warehouse. Once your item has left our warehouse you’d be notified of an exact delivery date and would also receive an automated email and call from our friendly warehouse attendant who would provide to you Outright Apparel’s courier name , contact number , vehicle model and vehicle number plate for your safety and convenience .

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number is clear and accurate when placing your order. In the event information does not match , we will not be not be held responsible for incorrectly shipped merchandise. If any changes are to be made , please contact us at shop@outrightapparel.com.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Exchanges are done after approval and inspection upon receipt. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Exchanges on item(s) that do not “fit well” cost $15TTD restocking fee. Exchanging of item(s) too big / too small at your own cost. Outright Apparel takes no responsibility for customers who purchased incorrect size due to not verifying size with our item size chart. Outright Apparel takes full responsibility and will ensure the exchange of an item(s) due to company default , that is – incorrect item delivered and broken or ripped item received. This is to be reported within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving the parcel. We do try to redress each item , please email our customer service at : liveoutrightonline@gmail.com for any customer service issues.


Step 1: Email ticket to Outright Apparel within twenty-four (24) working hours (explaining reason for dissatisfaction) to liveoutrightonline@gmail.com and await correspondence / instructions within one (1) business day.
Step 2: Package item properly (item in an original Outright Apparel sealed package, then sealed into TTPOST track pack) and delivered to TTPOST address emailed in instruction at your own cost. The package may take 2-3 working days to be delivered to us. Please ensure to track your package and email us tracking number.

Step 3: Await correspondence from Outright Apparel via email, entailing video inspection of item returned and approval for exchange or refund (store credit or voucher ONLY. No cash refund)

  • ITEMS THAT CONTAIN A FOWL ODOR : Half the cost of the item will be deducted as restocking and allocated to laundry fees.

Note : There can be colored variations depending on the lighting and view of the device used to view the item.Outright Apparel is not responsible for such variation. The above steps is the only process to exchange / refunds, any exchanges should be emailed and should not be given to our courier. This process takes approximately 7 working days. Rushed processing can be done at a cost of $80TT (bank deposit only) based on availability.

* Please note:

(1) Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

(2) A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.


By purchasing and confirming your order and sending your name , contact information , and address , by default , You – the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of Outright Apparel Online

Liability & Indemnity

Except in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods following acceptance of orders placed on our Facebook page, neither we nor any of our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the Facebook page. You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Facebook page. We may terminate your use of the Facebook page immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions.


We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often.

At Outright Apparel we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Our privacy policy statement is given below. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you by updating this statement on our Facebook page. Currently, Outright Apparel gathers online customer information to enhance your online experience with us, to improve and maintain the content of our Facebook page, and for marketing and promotional purposes. We collect information from you when you complete our feedback or contact form and additionally, when you purchase products from our online shop. We may use this information to advise you of changes to our Facebook page, or to let you know about our newest products. We may also record which products you are interested in or enquire after so as to improve our features and customer service on our website. When a purchase is made on our site, in addition to the above, we also ask for delivery address, and payment method details.
